I have siblings but they can’t take time off work to look after my child unless it’s really necessary. I could get someone if it was life or death but really not otherwise. How do I keep my chest clear?

This will really depend on the cause of your particular chronic cough. You can talk to your GP or asthma nurse about the best inhaler device for you. I just feel so alone and it’s steroids price really helpful to hear everyone’s tips and know that I am not actually totally alone with my crappy lungs.
